Operating out of Saginaw Michigan, Base2 Web Design was established in February 2007 with the intent of helping small businesses create a professional presence on the World Wide Web. I, Justin Voelker, the company's owner, designed my first website in December of 1999 and have designed and developed numerous sites since then. I used each new website to further enhance and fine-tune my skills. In 2006 I graduated Manga Cum Laude from Ferris State University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. Currently, I am pursuing my M.B.A. at Saginaw Valley State University.
